Before we talk, let me save you some Googling. I am a scaling coach, mindset expert, sales trainer, best-selling author, and serial entrepreneur. I am obsessed with helping one million women get to $1 million in revenues. 

My passion for coaching women entrepreneurs grew out of my own experience (read: many face plants on the way to success) as the founder and CEO of Little Pim, one of the few women-led venture capital-backed companies, which I built into a multi-million dollar business and sold.

I was shocked when I learned that just 2-3% of women business owners ever reach $1 million in annual revenues (it's 6% for men). I launched Million Dollar Women in 2016 and am proud to have helped thousands of women grow their businesses via our signature coaching programs, sales training, in-person events and The Network. I truly have the best job in the world, working with smart, driven, pay-it-forward people who want to #closethegap.

 Million Dollar Women (MDW) offers a signature program, MDW Accelerator to help women scale up faster that has graduated over 750 women who have made a collective $25 milion, and The Network, an online community for high growth women entrepreneurs in U.S. and Canada.
